You may go to University for 4 terms or until you graduate, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. You can't graduate in 3 terms and then go back for another.

ALIEN TECHNOLOGY, WORLD ADVENTURES METHOD
The various requirements need not all be performed by a single Sim. For example, if you have 1 Sim encounter a Mummy, that counts - even if that Sim later dies or leaves the household.
